Refund policy

At A&N Flowers LA, every order is made with care using fresh flowers and custom-selected materials. Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at anflowersla@gmail.com. Clear photos of the arrangement and the issue are required so we can review the situation properly.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, we may offer a replacement after reviewing the photos and order details. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at the discretion of A&N Flowers LA.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made more than 1 day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled the day before or the day of pickup or delivery because materials may already be ordered and the arrangement may already be prepared.

Custom and event orders must be cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event date. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with similar flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the same style and color palette of the arrangement.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, recipient information, and delivery instructions. If the recipient is unavailable, our default policy is to bring the arrangement back to our store.

If the customer requests that the arrangement be left at the door or another safe location, A&N Flowers LA is not responsible for theft, weather damage, or damage after the arrangement has been left.

Redelivery is available for an additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Flowers, plants, custom arrangements, vases, toys, and any items included in floral arrangements are non-returnable.
